The role focuses on leading a high-performing team during standard day shifts, with responsibilities spanning receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have proven warehouse leadership experience, a valid LF licence, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in warehouse or logistics.
• Valid High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) is required; LO is a plus.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse operators to meet KPIs and targets.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely orders.
• Enforce WHS standards, toolbox talks, and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS and perform cycle counts.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement operational improvements.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Permanent / Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our Ingelburn facility. Standard day-shift hours with no weekend work offer excellent work-life balance while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse operators to meet daily KPIs and operational targets.
• Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict WH&S standards, conduct daily toolbox talks, and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Inventory & Systems: Maintain high inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and perform regular cycle counts.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement practical operational improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record leading or supervising teams within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Licences: Valid High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) is essential (Order Picker / LO is a strong advantage).
• Leadership: Strong communication skills with a hands-on, leading-by-example management style.
• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with WMS platforms and basic MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Reliability: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
