Job summary

Primary & Community Care Services – Ryde NSW is seeking a dedicated community liaison to support Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking communities. You will help people access health, mental health and social supports in culturally safe ways and build trusted connections within local networks.

The role focuses on bridging gaps created by language, stigma and unfamiliarity with the Australian service system, enabling people to navigate services with confidence and choice.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
• Strong understanding of Korean/Chinese culture and community networks.
• Experience supporting diverse communities in health or social services is preferred.
