Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the coordination of clinical, nursing, allied health and specialist services for eligible clients. You will lead the multidisciplinary team and provide operational support to the Service Manager.

This role emphasizes continuous quality improvement, contemporary practice standards and strong people management in a not-for-profit health setting across Queensland.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of clinical, nursing, allied health and specialist services to eligible clients; the leadership and management of the multidisciplinary team and the provision of operational support to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manager the coordination of quality clinical service delivery to clients and providers.
• Effectively lead, manage and develop a team, within an environment which encourages staff to work cooperatively
• Maintain daily operations with a focus of continuous quality improvement
• Contemporary Practice Standards (care and clinical)

Qualifications, Credentials and Other Requirements

• Current Queensland Driver Licence and own reliable transport
• Current National Police Check OR NDIS worker screening
• Degree in a health profession and relevant practical experience in a leadership role
• Current registration with AHPRA, or relevant national professional organisation
• Current First Aid Certification (not required if a qualified Registered Nurse)
• Current CPR Certification
