kikki.K on the Gold Coast is seeking a Store Manager for the Robina Store to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and execute brand programs.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, optimize visuals, and drive sales while upholding standards; join a refreshed vision and enjoy staff discounts and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's in line with budgets.
• Strong visual merchandising sense and creativity to elevate brand presentation.
