Brandbank Group's kikki.K Melbourne Airport Store is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive an engaging customer journey. You will guide staff through our refreshed product range, empower your team with coaching, and ensure brand standards are upheld across merchandising and service excellence.

You’ll apply commercial insight to lift store performance, manage rosters and oversee back-office duties, all while delivering a compelling, stylish brand experience to customers

• Experience in a similar role supervising teams in fast-paced retail.
• Open and supportive leadership to motivate and empower staff.
• Commercial understanding to drive sales, wage targets and KPI results.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
• Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
