kikki.K is seeking a Store Manager for our Chadstone Store in Melbourne to lead the team through an exciting new product range and refreshed brand vision. You will drive a customer-centric experience, coach staff, and execute visual merchandising plans to maximise sales and KPI achievement.

• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced retail environments.

• An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
• Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
