Job summary

Global Retail Brands in NSW is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Retail Leadership team, overseeing a portfolio of stores across NSW. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive performance, develop people, and deliver exceptional retail execution across your region.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will take ownership of a network of stores, leading your teams to deliver strong sales results, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site retail leadership role (Area/Regional Manager level).
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results.
• Passionate about people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across up to 15–17 stores.
• Drive sales performance, KPIs, and profitability across region.
• Manage wage spend and operational efficiencies to optimise store performance.
• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising and in-store execution.
• Oversee stocktakes and inventory accuracy.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Build a strong performance culture focused on accountability and results.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
