Job summary

Recycling Developments is seeking a highly motivated multi-skilled plant operator for our Yatala facility. This full-time role requires experience with recycled concrete processing and crushing, and valid National operating tickets (RII) in excavator and loader.

You will work in a small team with safe work practices, performing pre-start checks, basic mechanical repairs, and contribute to efficient, safe operations of late-model equipment. Long-term employment is available.

Qualifications

• National operating tickets (RII) in excavator and Loader.
• Experience in Recycling and/or Quarry Industry.
• Experience in Operating Impact Crushers.
• Ability to work individually and in a small team environment.
• Mechanically minded operators will be highly regarded.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Outstanding commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Daily pre-start checks and minor equipment mechanical repairs.

About the role

This role is a full time position based in the facility in Yatala with stable, long term employment for the right candidate.

We are looking for suitably qualified Multi-Skilled Operator with recycled concrete processing and crushing experience who would ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience on the following equipment in the Recycling and or Quarrying Industries

• Excavator
• Sorting Attachments
• Impact Crusher
• Front End Loader
• Crushing and Screening Equipment

To be successful, you will have:

• National operating tickets (RII) in excavator and Loader - additional equipment qualifications will be highly regarded
• Experience in Recycling and or Quarry Industry
• Experience in Operating Impact Crushers
