Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Operator for Bowen Basin. This long-term mine-site role offers a 7/7 FIFO roster and a pay rate of $55–$65 per hour plus site allowances and overtime.

Shifts are 12 hours day/night, with FIFO or DIDO options. You will operate graders, dozers, loaders, diggers, trucks and water carts, contributing to road networks, drainage shaping, pad clean-ups, and general site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Need valid tickets across 2–3 machines.
• Solid time in coal, civil, or mining.
• Ability to push dirt, shape drains, and keep roads tidy.
