Job summary

Techforce Personnel Pty Ltd is seeking experienced All‑Round Operators for permanent, ongoing coal mine work in Central Queensland. You must have proven experience operating CAT 789, 793 or 794 or Hitachi EH5000 dump trucks, and be competent on at least one additional production machine.

You must also hold a current Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and the ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced All‑Round Operators for permanent, ongoing work at a coal mine in Central Queensland. To be considered, you must have experience operating at least one of the following dump trucks:

• CAT 789, 793 or 794


• Hitachi EH5000

You must also be experienced and competent on at least one additional production machine. This position offers DIDO or BIBO options from Mackay or Townsville on a 7/7 Thursday-to-Wednesday roster.
