Job summary

LMP Project Services is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our mining and civil projects across Queensland. These roles operate across a 7/7 roster with DIDO arrangements and include accommodation and meals provided, offering ongoing work with a strong safety culture.

You'll operate a range of heavy equipment, conduct pre-start inspections, and contribute to safe, productive site operations on Bowen Basin projects. Experience in mining is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery on mining or civil sites.
• Valid Driver's Licence is required.
• Statement of Attainment for Excavator/Grader/Loader/Moxy is desirable.
• Mining experience is highly regarded.
• Standard 11 induction is required.
• Coal Board Medical is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, graders and Moxy.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Work safely and comply with site policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Complete earthworks, excavation, loading, hauling, and other site operations as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify and report hazards, incidents, and equipment issues.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and environmental compliance.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment safely and efficiently while contributing to productive site operations. This role offers ongoing work, a strong safety culture, and the opportunity to work across diverse mining and civil projects.

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks.
