Job summary

LMP Project Services in Mackay region seeks an experienced Diesel Fitter for a 7/7 dayshift roster on a non-FIFO maintenance site. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy mobile plant to keep equipment safe and productive.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified with diesel fitter experience (2+ years).
• Mining or civil industry experience.
• Current driver's licence.
• Standard 11 (desirable).
• Coal Board Medical (desirable).
• Working at heights, confined space and gas test atmospheres (desirable).
• HRWL (desirable).
• First Aid and CPR (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose and repair heavy mobile plant and equipment.
• Ensure machinery safety and reliability on site.
• Operate within a 7/7 dayshift roster with safety focus.
• Contribute to ongoing, long-term project delivery.

About the Role

LMP Project Services is seeking experienced Diesel Fitters to join our team on a DIDO roster. You'll play a key role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy mobile plant and equipment, ensuring machinery remains safe, reliable, and productive. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive rates and a company that values its people. This would suit candidates who live in the Mackay/Moranbah Region as this is not a FIFO opportunity.
