Job summary

Programmed is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for a major coal mine in the Blackwater region. Join a stable 7 on/7 off DIDO roster with long-term opportunities and a supportive site team.

You will operate heavy mining equipment, including haul trucks, dozers, graders and loaders, with safety as a priority. Camp accommodation is provided, and there are ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Mechanical and Electric haul Truck experience.
• Experience with Dozers, Graders, Loaders is advantageous.
• Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface) and Coal Board Medical are required.
• Queensland Driver’s Licence and SSE transcripts for relevant machines are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mining equipment including haul trucks, dozers, graders and loaders.
• Work a consistent 7 on/7 off DIDO roster in the Blackwater region.
• Maintain high safety standards and follow site procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet throughput targets.

About the Role

You’ll be working within a busy production environment operating a range of heavy mining equipment, including:

• Mechanical and Electric haul Truck experience - Mandatory
• Dozers, Graders, Loaders - Advantageous

Experience across additional mining equipment will also be highly regarded.

This is a DIDO opportunity in the Blackwater region, working a 7 on / 7 off roster rotating between day and night shifts. 12.5 hour shifts x6 with your last day onsite being a 9hr shift to allow for early travel home.
