Job summary

BUMA Australia is seeking talented and motivated multi-skill dozer operators to join the Blackwater Mine team on a full-time permanent basis. The fleet includes CAT D10, D11 and other large dozers with additional plant knowledge welcome.

Located in Central Queensland, the role offers FIFO from Brisbane, camp accommodation, 7/7 roster and a strong safety culture with career progression via training programs.

Qualifications

• Valid ST11
• Coal Board Medical dated within the last 5 years (preferred)
• Transcripts showing experience on listed excavators
• Identify and promote safe work practice to reduce risk to people, equipment and environment

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers including CAT D10/D11 and other listed models
• Promote and maintain safe work practices on site
• Support team with multi-skill operation requirements

About the Role:

We are seeking talented and motivated multi-skill operators to join our Blackwater team on a full-time permanent basis. Our Blackwater fleet is comprised of the following: Komatsu 930E, Caterpillar 793’s & 789C’s, CAT D10, CAT D11, Fusion Dozers, CAT 16M & 18M graders.

Key Requirements

• Valid ST11
• Coal Board Medical dated within the last 5 years (preferred)
• Transcripts that demonstrate proven experience on one or more of the excavators listed
• Identify and promote safe work practice, ensuring appropriate precautions are taken to reduce risk to both people, equipment and the environment.
