Job summary

Princess Polly Online Pty Ltd is seeking a Multi-Site Visual Merchandise Manager to lead VM execution across Australia’s retail network, translating global visual direction into site-level execution and coaching store teams to maintain brand standards.

You will work with AU Head of Retail and the US-based Senior VM Manager to align commercial priorities with in-store reality, while traveling interstate to oversee multiple locations and openings. Hybrid working arrangements available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial mindset translating data into store visuals.
• Confident coaching of store teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting new store openings or major VM rollouts.
• Able to juggle multiple locations and calendars.
• Willingness to travel interstate regularly.

About the role

As we grow our Australian store portfolio, we're looking for a Multi-Site Visual Merchandise Manager to lead VM execution across our Australian retail network. You'll take Princess Polly's global visual direction and translate it into strong, commercial store-level execution, setting the standard, coaching store teams and keeping every location on brand.

You'll work closely with our AU Head of Retail to align VM with commercial priorities, and our Senior Visual Merchandise Manager, based in the US, to keep our Australian stores connected to broader brand strategy. It's a role with real scope to shape how VM is delivered across a growing store network.

What You'll Do

• Own the execution of Princess Polly's VM strategy across our Australian network, keeping windows, mannequins, fixtures and signage sharp, on-brand and commercially switched-on.
• Turn sales data, product trends and customer insight into visual decisions that move the needle on conversion, UPT, AOV and sell-through.
• Lead VM for new store openings, campaigns and key retail moments, coordinating timing and consistency across multiple locations at once.
• Partner closely with our AU Head of Retail and HQ teams to translate commercial priorities, product launches and key trading moments into standout in store execution.
• Get out on the floor: coach and upskill store leaders and teams so they can confidently hold the standard between your visits.
• Be the bridge between global VM direction and Australian retail reality, feeding local insight back to shape future strategy.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' visual merchandising experience in fast-paced fashion retail, with runs on the board leading or influencing execution across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate sales, product and customer data into effective visual decisions.
• Confidence coaching and influencing store teams and senior stakeholders alike, in person and remotely.
• Experience supporting new store openings or major VM rollouts.
• The organisation to juggle multiple locations, competing priorities and a full calendar without missing a beat.
• Willingness to travel interstate regularly.
