Job summary

Princess Polly is expanding its Australian retail presence with a new Chermside store. We are seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to join our growing team and bring the Polly experience to life on the shop floor.

As the go-to for style advice, you will deliver on-brand service, style customers, and help hit store KPIs while keeping the space on-brand and inviting.

• Solid retail or customer service experience on the shop floor.
• Passion for fashion, trends and the Princess Polly brand.
• Customer-obsessed with ability to connect, build relationships and make people feel amazing.
• Energetic, positive and proactive — you bring the vibe and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that feels authentic, on-brand and unforgettable
• Style customers with confidence, bringing product knowledge, trend awareness and your own personality to every interaction
• Build genuine connections with customers and use your styling skills to drive sales
• Own your individual KPIs while contributing to overall store results across conversion, ATV and UPT
• Support the day-to-day running of the store, including stock replenishment, fitting rooms and visual presentation
• Keep the store looking fresh, organised and on-brand throughout every shift
• Bring energy to the floor, support your teammates and help create an environment where everyone thrives
• Be a consistent brand ambassador for Princess Polly and the experience we want every customer to have

We’ve built an iconic online brand and now we’re bringing Princess Polly from URL to IRL. With our retail network continuing to grow, Chermside will be our third store in Australia and we’re looking for a Full Time Sales Associate to help bring the Polly experience to life.

As a Full Time Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, the go-to for style advice, trend inspiration and helping every customer find their perfect Polly fit. You’ll bring the energy, connect with our community and make every visit feel fresh, inspiring and uniquely Princess Polly, while keeping the store looking iconic and on brand.

This is an opportunity to join our growing retail team, become a true brand ambassador and play a key role in shaping the Princess Polly experience IRL.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• You have solid retail or customer service experience and know how to create an exceptional experience on the shop floor
• You’re confident styling customers and has a genuine passion for fashion, trends and the Princess Polly brand
• Customer obsessed, with a natural ability to connect, build relationships and make people feel amazing
• Energetic, positive and proactive — you bring the vibe and lead by example
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Flexible, adaptable and solutions-focused, always ready to jump in and make things happen
• Reliable and committed, with the availability to work across the full-time roster
