Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a Multi-Site Visual Merchandise Manager to lead VM execution across our Australian retail network. You will translate global VM direction into strong in-store execution, coaching teams and maintaining brand standards.

Collaborate with AU Head of Retail and US-based Senior VM Manager to align VM with commercial priorities and brand strategy; travel interstate regularly as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of visual merchandising in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Experience leading or influencing VM across multiple sites.
• Able to translate sales, product and customer data into visual moves.
• Confident coaching and influencing store teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting store openings or major VM rollouts.
• Excellent organization with the ability to manage a full calendar.

Responsibilities

• Own the VM execution across the Australian network, keeping displays sharp and on-brand.
• Turn sales, product trends and customer insight into visual decisions that move metrics.
• Lead VM for openings, campaigns and key retail moments with cross-location consistency.
• Partner with AU Head of Retail and HQ to translate priorities into in-store execution.
• On the floor coaching to uplift store leaders and teams and uphold standards.
• Bridge global VM direction with Australian retail reality and feed back local insights.
