Princess Polly Online Pty Ltd is seeking a Multi-Site Visual Merchandise Manager to lead VM execution across Australia’s retail network, translating global visual direction into site-level execution and coaching store teams to maintain brand standards.

You will work with AU Head of Retail and the US-based Senior VM Manager to align commercial priorities with in-store reality, while traveling interstate to oversee multiple locations and openings. Hybrid working arrangements available.

Formación

• 5+ years' visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial mindset translating data into store visuals.
• Confident coaching of store teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting new store openings or major VM rollouts.
• Able to juggle multiple locations and calendars.
• Willingness to travel interstate regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of VM strategy across the Australian network, keeping displays sharp and on-brand.
• Translate sales, product trends and customer insights into visual decisions that drive conversion and sell-through.
• Lead VM for new store openings, campaigns and key retail moments with coordinated timing across locations.
• Collaborate with AU Head of Retail and HQ to align priorities and trading moments with in-store execution.
• Coach and upskill store leaders so standards are maintained between visits.
• Provide local insights to shape future VM strategy.
