Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a capable 3IC to energise the Bondi Junction store floor, support leadership decisions and bring the Princess Polly experience to life every day. You will lead shifts, coach the team, drive key metrics, manage stock flow and ensure on-brand visual merchandising.

This role is ideal for a retailer ready to step into leadership and grow their career with Australia’s fast-growing fashion brand.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail team member, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create a high-energy, on-brand customer experience.
• Drive results by supporting KPIs like conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Own the floor by leading shifts, running the day and maintaining momentum.
• Coach in the moment with real-time feedback, motivation and support.
• Keep the store moving by supporting stock flow and replenishment.
• Execute strong VM to keep the store styled, inspiring and trend-led.
• Support operations with opening/closing, cash handling and daily processes.
• Build a positive culture that is inclusive, high-performing and customer obsessed.

About the role

We've built an iconic online brand and now we've bought Princess Polly to IRL… and Bondi Junction is where it's all happening.

As our 3IC, you are the energy on the floor. You’ll play a key role within the leadership team, supporting store operations, leadership decisions, and bringing the Princess Polly experience to life every day.

From leading by example on the shop floor to confidently running the store while leadership is away, you’ll help create a space our customers love, our team thrives in, and where the day-to-day runs seamlessly.

What you'll do

• An experienced retail team member, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder role
