Job summary

Lowes Petroleum in Griffith, NSW is seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two service stations, one a convenience store and the other a thriving food and coffee outlet. You will drive food quality, service standards and store profitability.

You will coach and develop teams across both sites, ensure daily operations run smoothly seven days a week, and uphold food safety and presentation while delivering memorable customer experiences.

We're seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two high performing service stations in Griffith, NSW - one a classic convenience store, the other featuring a thriving food and coffee offer. What You'll Do

• Champion exceptional customer experiences, whether it's on the foreceourt or in the shop
• Drive the success of our food and coffee offering, making sure every customer enjoys fresh, top-quality choices whenever they visit
• Lead and motivate teams across both sites, building a culture centred on food excellence and outstanding service
• Drive Sales and profitability, with a commercial mindset and a passion for food retail
• Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation, and customer experience
• Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional food and coffee everyday
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring both sites run smoothly and safely to meet the demands of 7-day trading
