Job summary

Lowes Petroleum is seeking a casual Customer Service Representative to join our Griffith service station team. You will be on your feet most of the shift, stocking shelves, handling kitchen duties, serving coffee and food, and operating the till to ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences.

We value a welcoming, energetic approach and English proficiency to communicate with customers. Training is provided, and accommodation or sponsorship are not offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication required.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a casual Customer Service Representatives to join our Service Station based at Griffith.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll spend a lot of time on your feet keeping shelves stocked, kitchen duties and serving coffee and food, running the till and keeping the store clean and tidy, because you know it’s the little details that add up to a great customer experience

Skills and Experience required

• Effective communication skills with a proficiency in English
• Be the face of Lowes for our customers
• Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural ability for great customer service
• Confidence to implement in-store promotions
