Job summary

Colliers International in Sydney seeks an experienced facilities professional to manage building operations and presentation standards across multiple retail assets. You will oversee security, maintenance and safety while building strong relationships with tenants, clients and contractors.

You will monitor budgets, support monthly client reports and drive continuous improvement of the facilities management service offering across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Facilities or Building Management role, in a commercial or retail environment.
• Strong client and customer focus, willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building compliance and engineering standards across the portfolio.
• Manage the day-to-day operations and presentation of properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
• Develop and enhance the facilities management service offering.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operating expenditure and review monthly budgets.
• Support Property Managers with the preparation of monthly client reports.
• Oversee facilities management systems and ensure accurate data management.
