Job summary

Colliers in Australia is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead building operations, tenant experiences, and asset performance across one main asset in St Leonards, with travel to North Sydney and the CBD.

You will build strong relationships with tenants, clients and service providers while driving compliance, sustainability and cost-effective management of the asset. This role requires a hands-on approach, proactive maintenance planning, and a commitment to safe, efficient workplaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or building management within commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties remain compliant with regulations and maintain high engineering standards across the portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance, essential services, contractor performance, security and workplace safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and the facilities management offering.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operating expenditure, assist with budget management, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiencies.
• Oversee facilities management systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset-related data and records.
