Job summary

Colliers in Australia seeks an experienced facilities professional to manage building operations and presentation standards within the Real Estate Management division. You will focus on tenant and service-provider relationships while driving improvements to environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Facilities or Building Management experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Experience using computer based building maintenance and management systems.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations and presentation of properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
• Develop and enhance the team’s facilities management service offering.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operating expenditure and review monthly budgets.
• Support Property Managers with the preparation of monthly client reports.
• Oversee facilities management systems and ensure accurate data management.
