Job summary

3Bridges Community Limited is seeking a Multi-Site Lead to provide leadership across OSHC services in Sydney, with Penshurst as the base and regular travel. You’ll mentor coordinators, drive quality, manage operations and help establish new services across the portfolio.

You are a proactive, people-centered leader with experience in OSHC or related children’s services, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously yet collaboratively with Education teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience within OSHC, education, childcare, community or youth services.
• Experience as a Nominated Supervisor.
• Experience supporting Assessment & Rating, compliance, quality improvement and service operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, Education and Care Services National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and My Time, Our Place.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• A current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the confidence to step into different services and make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted leadership and Nominated Supervisor coverage across OSHC services.
• Support and mentor Program Coordinators, Educational Program Leads and educators to build confident teams.
• Step into services requiring additional operational, workforce or leadership support.
• Champion high-quality, child-safe and inclusive service delivery.
• Support compliance, continuous improvement and Assessment & Rating preparation.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, communities and internal stakeholders.
• Support service performance, utilisation, budgets and operational planning.
• Help establish and mobilise new OSHC services as 3Bridges grows.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen quality and consistency across portfolio.
