3Bridges Community is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator for our Rainbow Street OSHC service in Randwick, Sydney. You will lead daily OSHC operations, mentor educators, and deliver engaging programs that promote wellbeing and belonging for children.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA-equivalent required.
• Experience in OSHC, Childrens Services or related fields.
• Leadership/coordination or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and MTOP programming.
• NSW Working With Children Check current.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Child Protection and National Safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily OSHC operations and act as Responsible Person.
• Support, mentor and guide Educators.
• Deliver engaging programs aligned with MTOP.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools and community.
• Maintain compliance and contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
• Support service administration and operational requirements.
• Promote safe, inclusive and child-focused environments.
