Job summary

3Bridges is seeking a Multi-Site Lead to provide leadership across OSHC services in Sydney. Penshurst will be your base with regular travel. You’ll mentor coordinators, safeguard child safety, and drive quality and compliance while supporting new service establishment.

You will bring a Diploma in School Age Education and Care and demonstrate knowledge of NQF, NQS, and related regulations, with current WWCC and first aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience within OSHC, education, childcare, community or youth services.
• Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor.
• Experience supporting Assessment & Rating, compliance, quality improvement and service operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, Education and Care Services National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and My Time, Our Place.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Sydney and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted leadership and Nominated Supervisor coverage across OSHC services.
• Support and mentor Program Coordinators, Educational Program Leads and educators.
• Step into services requiring additional operational, workforce or leadership support.
• Champion high-quality, child-safe and inclusive service delivery.
• Support compliance, continuous improvement and Assessment & Rating preparation.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools and communities.
• Support service performance, utilisation, budgets and planning.
• Help establish and mobilise new OSHC services as 3Bridges grows.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen quality and consistency across the portfolio.
