Job summary

ANZUK Education (New Zealand) is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee roughly eight OSHC services in the Central Coast/Newcastle or South West Sydney region. The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across multiple sites.

You will mentor Service Leaders, drive performance, and ensure compliance with National Regulations and child safety standards while traveling regularly within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or higher required.
• Multi-site OSHC leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and regulations.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across approximately eight OSHC services within the designated region.
• Mentor, coach and develop Service Leaders.
• Drive occupancy, utilisation and service performance outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations and child safety requirements.
• Build strong relationships with principals, school communities and families.
• Lead budgets, workforce planning and service sustainability.
• Support accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives.
