Complete Crystal Clear Pty Ltd as trustee for the Pintaudi Trust is seeking an Operations & Quality Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery across 12 client sites in Melbourne and to manage quality and compliance systems. The role involves hands-on site work, coordinating contracted cleaners and maintaining ISO standards.

You will report to the Business Manager and require a Cert IV or Diploma in Business/Facility/Quality Management, with at least 2 years in operations or quality roles

Operations & Quality Manager — Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services

Complete Crystal Clear Pty Ltd as trustee for the Pintaudi Trust – Melbourne VIC

We are looking for an Operations & Quality Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day service delivery across our client sites, and for the quality and compliance systems that sit behind it. You will report directly to the Business Manager. Our cleaning teams are delivered through a network of contracted providers, so this role is about coordinating, supervising and quality-assuring work across multiple sites rather than managing a single fixed team. It is hands-on — you will be out at sites, not only behind a desk.

Key responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day delivery of cleaning, hygiene and sanitary, grounds maintenance and waste management services across 12 client sites, making sure service levels meet contractual and client expectations

Coordinating, scheduling and supervising cleaning teams across those sites, and allocating resources to meet client schedules

Maintaining and applying our ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified management system across all sites — scheduling and conducting internal audits, recording non-conformances, tracking corrective actions to closure, and preparing the evidence required for external surveillance and recertification audits

Conducting regular quality audits and site inspections, and resolving service gaps as they arise

Monitoring contract performance across all sites, and escalating and resolving issues with clients

Developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures, checklists and reporting frameworks

Monitoring WHS compliance across site operations, including incident reporting and corrective action

Sourcing, inducting and reviewing the performance of site teams and contracted providers

Managing procurement of consumables and equipment within budget

Preparing operational and quality reports for the Business Manager

About you

Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Management, Facility Management, Quality Management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

At least 2 years' experience in an operations, facility services or quality management role — ideally in cleaning, property services or a related industry

Demonstrated experience supervising site-based teams across multiple locations

Practical experience working within a certified management system (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 or ISO 14001), including internal auditing and non-conformance management

Strong organisational and multi-site coordination skills

Confident client-facing communication, written and verbal

Working knowledge of WHS obligations in facility or cleaning operations

Current Victorian driver's licence — regular travel between client sites is part of the role
