Job summary

Peabody in New South Wales is seeking a Complex Services Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance across diverse assets at the Wambo Complex. Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will develop plans, schedules and work packs to keep assets reliable and safe.

You will manage SAP maintenance notifications and orders, support shutdowns, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in mining, heavy industry or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset reliability principles.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules.
• Create work packs, scopes and resource requirements for maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance notifications and work orders in SAP.
• Support shutdowns and major maintenance projects.
• Analyse asset performance data for reliability improvements.
• Coordinate contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain asset and maintenance records.
• Drive safety, reliability and asset performance improvements.
