Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Northern NSW operations, with base options in Dubbo, Tamworth or Narrabri. You will collaborate with production to craft and manage the maintenance schedule for ~40 sites, plan materials, resources and contractors for preventative and shutdown works, and align with supervising teams on servicing activities.

Qualifications

• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience, multi-site preferred.
• Experience with CMMS; SAP desirable for maintenance data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for ~40 sites in Northern NSW.
• Plan materials, resources, equipment and contractors for preventative and shutdown works.
• Consult with operations supervisors on maintenance activities and servicing.
• Coordinate manpower and resources with maintenance supervisors.
• Develop cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work.
• Maintain accuracy of maintenance history and technical information.
• Improve planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and reporting systems.
