National FMCG Maintenance Planner - Reliability & CMMS

Job summary

One Harvest Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the Reliability team across our national operations. You will establish best-practice planning, scheduling and CMMS discipline to improve asset reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Reporting to the National Reliability Manager, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage spare parts, and work with production, quality and safety teams to ensure safe, compliant and timely maintenance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Trade or Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Experience planning and coordinating preventive, predictive, corrective and proactive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes.
• Experience with MEX CMMS.
• FMCG, food manufacturing or high-speed processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise maintenance planning and scheduling for preventive, predictive, corrective and proactive maintenance activities.
• Maintain and improve CMMS master data, including assets, PM plans, spare parts and labour records.
• Coordinate planned maintenance shutdowns, major maintenance activities and capital project maintenance requirements.
• Manage maintenance work requests, scope required resources, prioritise work orders and coordinate maintenance execution.
• Monitor maintenance compliance, schedule adherence, labour utilisation and KPI performance.
• Support spare parts management, critical spares identification and inventory optimisation initiatives.
• Facilitate FMEA activities and work with Reliability teams to enhance maintenance strategies and programmes.
• Partner with production, quality, safety and logistics teams to maximise equipment availability and ensure safety and food safety requirements.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely and on schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase planned maintenance and asset reliability.
