3Bridges is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Lead for Education – OSHC to provide leadership across our Sydney portfolio, with Penshurst as the base and regular travel across Sydney and surrounding areas.
You will lead, mentor and coach Program Coordinators and educators, ensuring high-quality, inclusive services and strong compliance. This role requires a Diploma in School Age Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent; WWCC and first aid qualifications are essential.
Job Category: Education – Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Penshurst, NSW – Mobile role supporting services across Sydney metropolitan and surrounding areas
Looking for a leadership role where your experience can make a difference across an entire community of services?
At 3Bridges, our OSHC services are about more than care before and after school. We create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children can build confidence, connect with others and thrive.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Multi-Site Lead who shares that purpose and enjoys being where their leadership can have the greatest impact.
This is a unique floating leadership role supporting OSHC services across Sydney. Rather than being based at one service, you’ll work across our portfolio, stepping in to provide leadership, guidance and operational support where it’s needed most.
From supporting teams through periods of change and mentoring emerging leaders, to strengthening quality and compliance and helping establish new services, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our Education portfolio.
Penshurst will be your administration base, with regular travel across Sydney and surrounding areas. You’ll report to the OSHC Regional Manager and work closely with our Program Coordinators, Educational Program Leads and broader Education team.
You’re a confident and people-focused leader who genuinely cares about creating positive outcomes for children, families and communities.
You enjoy developing others, solving problems and bringing stability and direction to different environments. You’re comfortable working autonomously, but you also value collaboration and being part of a team working towards a shared purpose.
You will bring:
3Bridges is a For Impact organisation supporting wellbeing across all life stages through Aged Care, Community Health, Education Programs and Services. We deliver practical, evidence-based programs that strengthen communities and create opportunity.
Working at 3Bridges means using your skills for purpose. You’ll be part of an organisation focused on strengthening communities and creating meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
3Bridges is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable people. We expect all employees, volunteers, and contractors to share this commitment. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their commitment to child safety and safeguarding throughout the recruitment process. All appointments are subject to child-safe recruitment practices, including reference checks, Working with Children Checks (WWCC), National Police Checks, and other reasonable screening requirements.
