Job summary

3Bridges Community Limited is seeking an experienced Nominated Supervisor for its OSHC service located at Green Square Public School. This full-time role leads day-to-day operations and program delivery for before/after school and vacation care.

You will mentor educators, build relationships with families and the school, and shape a welcoming, inclusive environment where children thrive. Report to Regional Manager within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Certificate IV or higher qualification in Children’s Services, OSHC, Education, Recreation or related field.
• Substantial leadership experience within OSHC, education or children’s services.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating programs for school-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to child safety, inclusion and delivering positive outcomes for children and families.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management certifications.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.

Job description

Lead a growing OSHC service at one of 3Bridges' key sites, shape its future and help children thrive.

3Bridges is seeking an experienced and passionate Nominated Supervisor for a full-time permanent position, leading our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service at Green Square Public School.

Located within a large, modern school, this newly established service already supports a vibrant community of 125 children and continues to grow. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, shape the service as it develops and build a strong culture from the outset.

You will report to an experienced Regional Manager and work alongside a network of Nominated Supervisors and OSHC leaders across 3Bridges. With practical support, shared learning and strong peer connections, you will be equipped to lead with confidence, mentor educators, build trusted relationships with the school and families, and create an inclusive and engaging environment where children can thrive.

About the Role

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality before school care, after school care and vacation care programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of engaging programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards and legislative requirements
• Lead, mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
• Manage staff rosters and educator-to-child ratios and workforce planning
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community
• Oversee risk assessments, excursions and children's medical management requirements
• Drive continuous improvement, service quality outcomes and team development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong OSHC leadership capability, relevant qualifications and a commitment to child safety, quality and continuous improvement.

• Diploma, Certificate IV or higher qualification in Children's Services, OSHC, Education, Recreation or a related field
• Substantial experience in a leadership role within OSHC, education or children's services
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating programs for school-aged children
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations
