Job summary

3Bridges is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Lead for Education – OSHC to provide leadership across our Sydney portfolio, with Penshurst as the base and regular travel across Sydney and surrounding areas.

You will lead, mentor and coach Program Coordinators and educators, ensuring high-quality, inclusive services and strong compliance. This role requires a Diploma in School Age Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent; WWCC and first aid qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience within OSHC, education, childcare, community or youth services.
• Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor.
• Experience supporting Assessment & Rating, compliance, quality improvement and service operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, Education and Care Services National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and My Time, Our Place.
• A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Children’s Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• A current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the confidence to step into different services and make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted leadership and Nominated Supervisor coverage across our OSHC services.
• Support and mentor Program Coordinators, Educational Program Leads and educators to build confident, capable teams.
• Step into services requiring additional operational, workforce or leadership support.
• Champion high-quality, child-safe and inclusive service delivery.
• Support compliance, continuous improvement and Assessment & Rating preparation.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, communities and internal stakeholders.
• Support service performance, utilisation, budgets and operational planning.
• Help establish and mobilise new OSHC services as 3Bridges continues to grow.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the quality and consistency of services across the portfolio.
