3Bridges is seeking an Educational Program Lead to mentor educators and support services across Narwee & Bexley, Rainbow St, Penshurst, and Green Square. You will drive curriculum excellence under MTOP and the National Quality Framework, travel between sites, and help teams deliver engaging, inclusive programs for children and families.
This role also involves safeguarding, professional growth, and contribution to continuous improvement within a collaborative, child-centered environment.

As an Educational Program Lead with 3Bridges, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact across our services in Narwee & Bexley, Rainbow St, Penshurst, Green Square. You’ll work alongside passionate educators and leaders to strengthen educational practice, build capability and support teams to deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality programs for children and families.
