Job summary

3Bridges is seeking an Educational Program Lead to mentor educators and support services across Narwee & Bexley, Rainbow St, Penshurst, and Green Square. You will drive curriculum excellence under MTOP and the National Quality Framework, travel between sites, and help teams deliver engaging, inclusive programs for children and families.

This role also involves safeguarding, professional growth, and contribution to continuous improvement within a collaborative, child-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in school-age education and care, or ACECQA-equivalent qualification.
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
  • Ability to travel regularly across allocated services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide educational leadership and mentoring to educators and Program Coordinators.
  • Support the implementation of MTOP.
  • Drive quality improvement and reflective practice.
  • Support educational documentation and programming.
  • Assist services with Assessment and Rating preparation.

As an Educational Program Lead with 3Bridges, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact across our services in Narwee & Bexley, Rainbow St, Penshurst, Green Square. You’ll work alongside passionate educators and leaders to strengthen educational practice, build capability and support teams to deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality programs for children and families.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative organisation where your expertise is valued and professional growth is encouraged. Working closely with Regional Managers, Multi-Site Leads, Program Coordinators and Educators, you’ll play a key role in driving curriculum excellence, supporting continuous improvement and helping services achieve their best under the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.

Key Responsibilities
  • As an Educational Program Lead, you will support multiple OSHC services by:
  • Providing educational leadership and mentoring to educators and Program Coordinators.
  • Supporting the implementation of My Time, Our Place (MTOP).
  • Driving quality improvement and reflective practice.
  • Supporting educational documentation and programming.
  • Assisting services with Assessment and Rating preparation.
  • Promoting inclusive, engaging and child-centred learning environments.
  • Supporting professional development and capability building across teams.
  • Working collaboratively with service leaders to improve educational outcomes for children.
  • This position involves regular travel between services within your allocated region.
About You
  • You are passionate about children’s learning and development and enjoy supporting educators to achieve best practice.
  • Experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or Children’s Services.
  • Experience in an Educational Leader, Coordinator or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • My Time, Our Place (MTOP)
  • National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Child Safe Standards
  • Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and supporting educators.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and high quality outcomes for children.
Essential Qualification and Experience
  • Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check.

  • Foundation Training: National Child Safety Training
  • Ability to travel regularly across allocated services and surrounding suburbs.
