Job summary

Professional Holiday Homes is seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Maintenance Operations Manager to lead housekeeping and maintenance across our holiday rental portfolio in NSW. This full-time role is based in Epping with regular travel to the south coast every 2-3 weeks.

You will manage a network of housekeepers, contractors and suppliers, drive standards of cleanliness and presentation, coordinate maintenance workflows, and report KPIs to the GM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading housekeeping and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Track record of maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations across the portfolio.
• Manage maintenance requests and contractor performance.
• Coordinate linen and laundry supplier relations.
• Provide coaching and KPI reporting to leadership.
• Investigate issues and implement improvement plans.
