Job summary

Checho’s Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple venues across Penrith, Camden, Castle Hill, Cronulla and Wollongong. You’ll lead venue managers, ensure consistent service, brand standards and profitability while hands-on in busy service periods.

With expansion planned, you’ll play a key role in new openings, recruitment, training and establishing strong operating systems from day one, building a high-performing team culture across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations in hospitality.
• Experience managing high-volume restaurants and bars.
• RSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Checho’s venues.
• Lead Venue Managers and drive performance against targets.
• Maintain consistent service, presentation and brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop management and frontline teams.
• Be hands-on during busy services and lead from the front.
