Job summary

Synergy Asset Services Pty Ltd in Sydney's Inner West is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a multi-site residential portfolio. You will conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance and contractors, and ensure issues are resolved with input from residents and strata stakeholders.

You'll work across sites with support from a senior team including junior Building Managers and an Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Building Management or similar operational experience
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance tasks
• Strong communication with residents and strata stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building and common property inspections
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance
• Raise, manage and follow up work orders and contractor quotations
• Coordinate contractors and monitor works through to completion
• Identify maintenance, safety and compliance issues early
• Respond to resident, strata and stakeholder enquiries promptly
• Build relationships with residents, contractors, strata managers and committees
• Maintain accurate building records and documentation
