Job summary

OLC Care is seeking a Roving Facility Manager to oversee multiple residential aged care homes across the Sydney metropolitan area. You will provide leadership, clinical oversight and business management to ensure high-quality resident care and compliant operations.

The role requires current AHPRA Division 1 registration, 5+ years nursing experience and 3+ years in aged care management, with strong financial and people leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration (Division 1).
• Five+ years of general nursing experience.
• Three+ years of management in aged care homes.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Understanding of Accreditation and aged care funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a vibrant, multicultural team to meet organisational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across areas such as: person-centred care, partnerships with families, administration and finance, quality and improvement, WHS, and staff development.
• Drive business development and public relations for the group.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and funding requirements.
