Qualifications

• Must have at least two years’ full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to maintain a safe and high standard of practice and clinical leadership.

Responsabilités

• Act as clinical consultant for personal and health/clinical care matters.
• Ensure care provided to residents is timely and of high standard through assessments, care planning, conferences and documentation.
• Provide clinical governance to care team to guide appropriate care to residents.
• Respond to health emergencies, including deterioration identification.
• Conduct wound and pain assessments and management.
• Undertake clinical duties including medication, falls, and clinical risk management.
