You will collaborate with the Marketing team to tailor content for trade and retail audiences, grow accounts, and drive engagement through trend spotting and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience managing social media professionally for multiple brands.
• Proven track record of growing accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
• Confident shooting and editing own content (phone or camera) using CapCut.
• Strong copywriting and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brand calendars.

Beautopia is looking for a Social Media Content & Growth Manager to run TikTok, Instagram and Facebook across our portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on content role for someone who can spot a trend early, shoot and edit their own content, and speak just as confidently to a salon professional as to an everyday retail customer.

You'll create, manage and grow content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for multiple brands at once, so the work varies day to day. Some content needs to speak to trade - salon professionals who want the technical detail - and some needs to speak to retail customers who simply want to know if a product is right for them.

You'll shoot and edit your own photo and video content, including filming our staff, in-store education events and product training sessions, to bring our brands to life in a way that feels authentic. You'll work closely with the Marketing team, this is a collaborative role within a small team, not one where you're working solo.

Key responsibilities

Planning, creating and managing content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for multiple brands

Shooting and editing your own photo and video content

Filming staff, in-store education events, training sessions and product launches to create authentic, on-the-ground content

Liaising with our graphic design team on static assets and templates to support your content

Adjusting tone and content style depending on the audience - trade/salon professionals vs. retail consumers - and depending on the brand

Identifying and acting on trends early to drive reach and engagement

Managing community engagement, responding to comments and DMs

Monitoring performance and using the data to inform what you create next

Submitting content for review and sign-off before it's published, working closely with the Marketing Manager

Managing multiple brand content calendars at once, keeping each brand's voice distinct

About you

2-4 years' experience managing social media professionally, ideally across multiple brands or clients

A genuine track record of growing accounts on TikTok and Instagram, with results you can point to

Confidence shooting and editing your own content (phone or camera, using tools such as CapCut)

Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone across different audiences

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brand calendars at once

A collaborative approach - comfortable taking direction and feedback on your content

Beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry experience a plus
