Job summary

ZURU Edge Beauty in Sydney seeks a Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day social for MONDAY Haircare, DAISE Beauty and Being Haircare across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. You’ll own content from plan to post and lead one direct report.

You will partner with Social & Content, Brand and Creative teams to ensure brand voice, performance and culture-driven content across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media and content roles.
• Hands-on experience running TikTok, Instagram and YouTube channels.
• Portfolio of short-form content shot, edited and written yourself.
• Strong copywriting with platform analytics experience.
• Storyteller and self-starter: adaptable, curious, collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day social across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, keeping content consistent with each brand's voice.
• Build and manage content calendars across multiple brands, campaigns, product launches and always-on content.
• Adapt ideas to each platform so the same concept looks native on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Bring ideas to life from concept to live post: write brief, film, edit and publish.
• Spot trends, formats, creators and moments; decide what’s right for each brand and when to act.
• Build genuine community through comments, DMs and reactive content.
• Track performance and share learnings with Paid Specialist to improve content.
• Partner with Brand, Creative and Digital teams for global campaigns and launches.
• Lead and develop one direct report, setting priorities and raising quality.
