Job summary

Oz Hair & Beauty is seeking a hands-on Social Content Creator to drive our organic channels. You’ll film, edit, post and respond daily using your phone, with an eye for brand-aligned, engaging Reels and TikTok content.

Reporting to the Content & Social Lead, you will own content from ideation to scheduling, grow views and engagement, manage the Oz Squad creator program, and nurture a vibrant community across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years’ experience creating social content, ideally in beauty, fashion or retail.
Proven ability to shoot and edit independently: phone-first, fluent in CapCut, built for Reels and TikTok.
A strong instinct for hooks, trends and what keeps people watching.
You’re online and you move fast, but you’re organised enough to keep a calendar running.
The people skills to build good relationships with creators.
A portfolio of content you personally shot and edited, with results to back it up.

Responsibilities

Create content end to end: ideate, organise shoots, film, edit and schedule.
Spot trends and turn them around the same day, with autonomy to publish within brand guidelines.
Run Oz Squad, our micro‑creator program: recruit creators, brief them and edit their user‑generated content.
Manage our community: comments, direct messages and daily engagement.
Schedule and publish across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, keeping the content calendar on track.
Drive growth in views, watch time, saves and shares.
