Job summary

ALL IT is seeking a Service & Operations Coordinator to be the central hub of our Brookvale-based MSP operations. You’ll coordinate field engineers, manage office operations, support onboarding, handle purchasing and administration, and ensure every client and visitor has an exceptional experience.

You’ll work closely with leadership, service delivery and finance teams to keep operations running smoothly in a busy, friendly environment. This role offers growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional and confident dealing with clients and suppliers.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable learning and working with business systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling onsite engineers.
• Managing incoming calls, enquiries and general administration.
• Supporting client communications and customer service activities.
• Managing office operations and facilities.
• Coordinating stock, deliveries and supplier relationships.
• Raising purchase orders and processing supplier invoices.
• Supporting new employee onboarding and office setup.
• Organising team events, celebrations and office initiatives.
• Working closely with leadership, service delivery and finance teams to keep operations running efficiently.
