Pax8 is seeking an MSP Growth & Enablement Specialist in Australia to drive partner education, AI adoption, and growth. You will design learning programs, run instructor-led sessions, and champion practical AI use across a thriving partner community.

You will facilitate engagement, translate learning into business outcomes, and collaborate with Academy and business teams to enhance experiences. This role emphasizes leadership within MSP environments and a passion for continuous education.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP environments with leadership or management responsibilities.
• Ability to facilitate, present and coach effectively.
• Experience building engagement through peer groups or learning communities.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and helping others adopt them.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging educational programmes and resources for partners to build capability.
• Lead instructor-led training sessions with actionable outcomes.
• Bring learning to life through delivery, discussion, and practical application.
• Evolve content using feedback and industry trends.
• Foster partner peer groups for collaboration and growth.
• Engage across the partner community to create networking opportunities.
• Help participants translate learning into real business outcomes.
