Pax8 is seeking an MSP Growth & Enablement Specialist in Australia to drive partner education, AI adoption, and growth. You will design learning programs, run instructor-led sessions, and champion practical AI use across a thriving partner community.

You will facilitate engagement, translate learning into business outcomes, and collaborate with Academy and business teams to enhance experiences. This role emphasizes leadership within MSP environments and a passion for continuous education.

Join Pax8 as an MSP Growth & Enablement Specialist in Australia and play a pivotal role in helping technology partners embrace AI, accelerate growth, and thrive in the evolving cloud and AI economy. This is more than a training role. It is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, facilitator and AI advocate for a thriving partner community. You'll influence how Managed Service Providers learn, collaborate and adopt emerging technologies while helping to shape the future of partner education at Pax8.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging educational programmes and learning resources that help partners build capability and confidence
• Facilitate interactive instructor-led training sessions that create meaningful learning outcomes
• Bring learning to life through compelling delivery, discussion and practical application
• Continuously evolve training content using participant feedback and emerging industry trends
• Facilitate partner peer groups that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and business growth
• Foster strong engagement across the partner community and create valuable networking opportunities
• Support participants in translating learning into real-world business outcomes
• Advocate for practical and responsible use of AI productivity tools
• Coach partners and internal teams on leveraging AI to learn faster, improve productivity and increase efficiency
• Collaborate across Academy and business teams to enhance learning experiences

About you

• Demonstrated experience within Managed Service Provider environments, including leadership or management responsibilities
• Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching capabilities
• Experience building engagement through peer groups, communities or collaborative learning environments
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI productivity tools and enthusiasm for helping others adopt them effectively
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for education, continuous learning and helping businesses grow
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
• A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about emerging technologies
• Valid right to work in Australia
