Job summary

Cuscal Limited in Sydney is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform specialist to own the ongoing management, configuration, and integration across sales, service, and customer insights. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve workflows and data quality.

You will lead user training, support CI/CD practices, and ensure production readiness while expanding low-code capabilities across the Power Platform landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Service and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Development experience with JavaScript and C#, and REST API/WebAPI.
• CI/CD experience using GitHub or Git.
• Experience with Dynamics CE data imports/exports, data integrity, migration and third-party integrations.
• Experience training and supporting end users across Dynamics CE and Power Platform.
• Strong skills building low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps.
• Experience designing automated workflows and business processes within Dynamics CE and Power Automate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with business rules analysis, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for Dynamics 365 CE support and troubleshooting.
• Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflows.
• Developing automated workflows across areas such as lead management, sales pipelines and customer service.
• Supporting Dynamics 365 CE projects from requirements gathering and solution development through to implementation.
• Integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Developing test scripts and supporting UAT and smoke testing with end users.
• Building and enhancing low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Creating automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Managing Power Platform solutions across development, testing and production environments.
• Maintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows and processes.
• Monitoring platform performance and supporting continuous improvement across the environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for the ongoing management, support and improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform ecosystem.

This will include:

About You

You’ll bring solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll have:
