Job summary

Aussie Skips in Sydney seeks MR/HR licensed drivers to operate skip trucks from the Greenacre depot. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts, consistent overtime, and delivering & collecting skip bins across the Sydney metropolitan area.

You will start at Greenacre, receive full training if needed, and be supported by a modern fleet, weekly pay, meal allowance after 10 hours, and bonuses for performance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Current and valid NSW MR or HR licence with a clean driving history.
• Available Monday to Friday, 6am–6pm, with some Saturday work.
• Sound knowledge of Sydney metropolitan roads and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and communicating over two-way radio.
• Well presented with a friendly, professional customer service approach.
• Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate skip trucks with safety and customer service focus.
• Deliver and collect skip bins across Sydney metro area.
• Secure loads using chains and straps.
• Complete daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to driving hour restrictions and fatigue management requirements.
• Maintain your vehicle to a clean and professional standard.
• Start and finish each shift at the Greenacre depot.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for MR/HR licensed drivers to operate skip trucks from our Greenacre depot.

This is a full-time position with consistent 12-hour shifts, meaning reliable overtime week in, week out. You will be out on the road across the Sydney metropolitan area, delivering and collecting skip bins for residential and commercial customers.

What We're Looking For

Skip truck experience is an advantage but not essential. The right candidate will receive full supervised training and development. What matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
