Job summary

Central Waste Station, a leading resource recovery facility operating in Cardiff and Kurri Kurri, seeks an experienced skip truck driver for local and regional work. This permanent full-time role will focus on the safe delivery and collection of materials for recycling, with generous overtime and penalty rates.

Successful candidates will hold an HR license with a current RTA printout, be safety‑minded, friendly and customer‑facing, and well presented.

Central Waste Station is a leading resource recovery facility operating facilities at Cardiff and Kurri Kurri. We are a growing company with a great workplace environment.

The Fleet

We operate a modern, well maintained fleet of mostly Scania and Iveco trucks including chain lift, hook lift, front lift, semi-trailer and truck and dog.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we seek the services of experienced skip truck driver for both local and regional work

This permanent full-time role will involve the safe delivery and collection of materials for recycling.

Generous amounts of overtime with penalty rates will be available, providing the opportunity to earn excellent dollars.

Opportunities exist to progress and to move to different truck types in the future.

Required

HR license with current RTA Printout.

Be committed to safety.

Have a friendly and customer-focused attitude.

Be well presented (uniforms are provided)

Be hard-working, punctual, and flexible with a can-do attitude.

Be willing to work significant overtime hours

Be physically fit and energetic.

Be able to pass drug and alcohol test.

Have the legal right to work in Australia.

Willing to work Saturday shifts when required
